We want you to be completely satisfied with your EZLitter at all times. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can contact us at any point during your lifetime to request a refund. We believe in providing a hassle-free refund experience without the need for elaborate stories or receipts. Your satisfaction is our priority.
Returns If you are not satisfied with your EZLitter at any point during your lifetime, simply contact us at supportmeow@ezlitter.com to initiate the refund process. We value your feedback and want to ensure your complete satisfaction with our product.
Cancellation Policy
We strive to process orders as quickly as possible. If you wish to cancel a recently placed order, please contact us immediately and have your order number ready.
While we cannot guarantee the cancellation of an order once it has been confirmed and acknowledged by our fulfillment center, we will make every effort to accommodate your request. If we are unable to cancel the order, we will still provide a refund and cancel a future order as a thank you for being our loyal customer.
Please note that if the order has already been shipped, it cannot be unsent. In such cases, we offer the shipped package as a final gift to you, expressing our gratitude for your loyalty and understanding. If you do not wish to keep the final gift order, you are welcome to donate it or share it with a friend. Our mission is to provide the best customer experience to our pet family, and we appreciate your understanding in this matter.

Your order may not be processed, and you will be notified, in the event your order includes a product that is out of stock, has errors in pricing, or is subject to any unforeseen discrepancy. EZLitter reserves the right to cancel any order for any reason, including perceived or confirmed misuse, abuse, or manipulation of this Refund & Cancel Policy.
Subscriptions EZLitter subscribers can cancel their subscriptions and make changes or modifications to upcoming orders (including skips and cancellations) at any time from the account dashboard or by contacting Customer Care at supportmeow@ezlitter.com. For a subscription cancellation or order modification to be applied to your next scheduled shipment, change requests must be submitted no later than 11:59 PM (Pacific Standard Time) 2 business days prior to your next scheduled shipment.
Once your change request is processed, a new order will automatically process as scheduled and be shipped to the delivery address on file, unless canceled.
